By understanding the difference between what is generated in Vermont, what you actually pay for in your utility bills, and what electricity sources feed our wires from the New England grid, we can begin to understand the pathway to reaching Vermont's goal of 90% renewables by 2050. It is important to note that this graphic only analyzes the electric portion of our energy use.
